In March 2024 we engaged Cobuild to provide Carpentry labour for a 10,000 square meter main regional building for Summerset Retirement in Whangarei. From the outset we were pleased with our selection. Adam and Mark not only provided the required amount of skilled labour for the project, it came with the right level of management and supervision. At times the projected demanded additional resource to deliver ever shifting milestones. Due to their connections withing the industry and local market they were able to pull in additional numbers as and when required.
With the programme dates shifting as they sometimes do, it becomes difficult to resource accurately. Thanks to the flexibility that Cobuild provided we were able to make the adjustments required when the demand dropped.
Cobuild were able to provide a variety of skill levels across their team from senior NZ qualified carpenters to Apprentices. At no point did we have any issues with the quality or the volume of output we were getting from the Cobuild team.
It’s been a pleasure working with Adam and Mark, and as their business grows, we wish them and their team all the best. I have no reservations at all recommending Cobuild for any project.
